Finance Manager

Own the financials across a multi-entity, multi-country operation. High-trust FM role with a lean, ambitious team in Central Auckland. 

About the Role

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital infrastructure business to find a sharp Finance Manager ready to own the numbers across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction operation.

This is no ordinary FM role. You'll be the right hand to a Finance Director, leading a small team and taking full ownership of financial operations spanning New Zealand, Australia, the US, and Singapore — roughly 11 entities across 5 countries. The business is backed by a global group with serious resources, and the NZ finance team punches well above its weight.

What You'll Do

• Leading month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit across multiple jurisdictions 

• Managing tax and regulatory compliance across Asia Pacific and the US

• Overseeing AR/AP, bank recs, intercompany eliminations, and GL integrity

• Managing and mentoring two accountants in Auckland

What You Bring

• CA or CPA qualified

• 7–10 years' experience including multi-currency environments and multi-entity accounting

• Solid month-end and statutory reporting experience

• Someone who thrives in a lean, high-trust team — not a big corporate where things move slowly
