Performance Insights Analyst

Our client in the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Performance Insights Analyst to support a key Data Analytics project focused on improving Claims and Contact Centre operational performance.
 
You'll build high‑quality Power BI dashboards, develop workflow and capacity models, and turn complex data into clear insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations for Claims & Contact Centre teams

  • Build workflow, capacity and performance models using multiple data sources

  • Analyse trends, mine data and produce actionable insights and recommendations

  • Work with SQL, Snowflake, Excel and structured/semi‑structured data


What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Financial Reporting or similar

  • Multi-year experience in analytics, performance reporting or insights

  • Deep technical skills in Power BI and SQL

  • Contact‑centre operations or Workflow analytics experience ideal

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
