Senior Critical Facilities Manager
About the Business
Our client is a well-funded organisation operating at the intersection of energy and digital infrastructure, with a significant international presence and a fast-growing portfolio of mission-critical facilities across multiple regions. They’re in the midst of a major build phase, bringing a large-scale, next-generation data centre online as part of a broader expansion strategy.
The Opportunity
As Senior Critical Facilities Manager, you’ll lead 24/7 operations for one of the region’s most significant new data centre builds. You’ll be the critical link between the operations floor and the DC Operations Director — owning uptime, driving incident response, and building the team and processes that will carry this site from commissioning through to full-scale operation.
This is a rare chance to shape a hyperscale facility’s operating DNA from the ground up, rather than stepping into someone else’s playbook.
