SharePoint and Content Specialist
About the Business:
Our client is investing in a major uplift of change capability across their senior leadership group. To support this, their Change Practice is building a new learning and development programme — one that relies on a clean, intuitive SharePoint hub and simplified tools that leaders can easily self‑serve.
They're now seeking a SharePoint & Content Designer who can bring structure, clarity and usability to this environment in a 3-month contract role.
About the role:
You'll rebuild and rationalise the Change Practice SharePoint site so it becomes the central home for leadership learning: simple navigation, clean content, and "two clicks and I can find it". You'll take practitioner‑grade change tools and translate them into plain‑language templates, guides and quick‑learn resources that senior leaders can confidently use.
This work directly supports a multi‑year capability programme aimed at lifting leaders' understanding of change management — moving the organisation from low maturity to a more consistent, informed and proactive approach.
What you'll do:
Rebuild and restructure SharePoint so content is easy to find, visually clear and aligned to the learning programme.
Simplify complex change tools into accessible templates, guides, quick‑reference materials and facilitator‑ready PowerPoints.
Create engaging learning content, including short videos and micro‑learning assets.
Ensure all content aligns with leadership frameworks, learning behaviours and the broader capability uplift strategy.
Maintain the integrity of the change methodology while making it usable for non‑change practitioners.
Must have:
Strong hands‑on experience with modern SharePoint Online (structure, navigation, page building, content migration).
Ability to turn technical or complex material into simple, usable tools.
Solid visual design skills (PowerPoint, templates, diagrams).
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and operating independently.
Nice to have:
Instructional design or learning content development experience.
Change management exposure (ADKAR / Prosci helpful but not required).
Experience creating micro‑learning or short‑form video content.
Familiarity with regulated environments or large corporate settings.
This will be an interesting and rewarding piece of work that will really help our client achieve their learning and development objectives.
