About the Role

We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital infrastructure business delivering large-scale connectivity and data centre solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

They are seeking an experienced Tendering Director to lead complex, high-value bids and play a pivotal role in converting commercial opportunities into winning outcomes.

This is a senior, commercially critical position where you’ll own the end-to-end tendering process across major infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, finance and legal teams to shape competitive, well-structured proposals that balance technical excellence with strong commercial outcomes. It’s ideal for someone who understands infrastructure at a technical level but thrives in the strategic, commercial side of the business.

What You'll Do

• Leading the full tender lifecycle — from RFI/RFQ/RFP through to submission, negotiation and contract finalisation

• Coordinating technical, operational and financial inputs to develop compelling, competitive bids

• Managing risk, pricing strategy and governance to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions delivered on time

What You Bring

You’ll bring 7+ years’ experience in tendering, bid management or commercial roles within telecommunications, digital infrastructure, data centres or large-scale engineering environments. A strong understanding of cost drivers, solution structuring and infrastructure delivery is key.

You’ll be confident working cross-functionally, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and motivated by delivering winning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
